I would not recommend Horseshoe Cove based on my experience living here.
Residents have to take their own trash to the dumpster, and the dumpster system is extremely loud. It appears to cycle every few times the door opens, creating a lot of noise and racket.
The laundry rooms are not properly cleaned or maintained. The front security gate is often broken and left open, which defeats the purpose of having a security gate at all.

There are multiple sinkholes or collapsing areas in the roads, apparently connected to sewer system problems. Several trailers have junk, garbage, or clutter around them, and these issues do not seem to be addressed.
The staff has been rude and unaccommodating. The manager has said problems would be addressed, but then nothing gets done.
For what residents pay to live here, the property should be cleaner, safer, better maintained, and better managed.
