Kind of confusing, but the people are nice if you call. The emails were all over the place, and they sent me an email the day of that rent was due.. but they're pretty nice once talked to.

The Hub has a lot of cool amenities, such as the pool, the sauna, and gym. It is always lovely to go to the rooftop to chill and watch the sunset.

Leasing Staff is incredibly unhelpful and make the leasing process difficult. There is constant maintenance to the amenities that causes the pool and top deck to be closed half the time. Maintenance is quick to respond to simple issues but will do nothing if the issue takes more than 10 minutes.

I love living here because of all the amenities. The pool is awesome, I love the gym and that it’s a pet friendly place. I ADORE how the Hub does events every month, I always try to go to them.

I like living at the hub. It is a nice place to live and very modern. It is a newer building with a lot of amenities. I renewed my lease. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move in.

Management is run by college students and they rarely know answers to the questions. Packages get stolen too. Wouldn’t recommend living here but pool is nice at least.
