November 11, 2020Although my stay has been short. I had absolutely no problem in this apartments! The staff were amazing, and they helped me out in every way possible for my first time renting an apartment. I unfortunately had to leave because of school. Do not rent here!
July 24, 2020This complex is disgusting!!!!. I’ve lived here a few months and already making plans to move out. There are all sorts of bugs in my apartment mainly roaches and ants, yet they keep telling no one had issues in my apartment before moving here. There is also a recurring ant hill in my bedroom and roaches crawl on the walls at night and bugs in the bed. Pest control comes but what they put down does not work at all! There is also a leak in my fireplace when it rains and my light switch leaked water ...when it rained. Corporate sucks and no one has yet to offer me an apology for the issues I’ve inherited. The manager is not helpful either and has been rude to me and not shown good customer service. There are constantly gun shots in the evening causing me and my spouse to feel unsafe. I couldn’t in good faith recommend this complex. This has been a complete nightmare. Don’t say I didn’t warn you....Property Manager Responded

November 14, 2019I moved in June. When the old manager was here. She was good. Now we have a new manager Sorany. She's nice and knowledgeable. I like how attentive and communicative she is with the residents that live here. Anytime i have an issue i call the office and are fast on sending Maintenance. September 17, 2019Do Not Move here! small over priced shop around. homeless sleeping in and behind laundry rooms lots of drug deals in and out of apt in parking lot. drug related shooting in april 2019. parking and towing is a joke. this is not a safe environment. management quit new manager not concerned with anything except her profits.Review from Apartments.com
Great Community
January 13, 2019I have been living at Hunt Club for a few months now. Their response time is very quick, and they always make sure our work orders are done on time, especially in cases of an emergency. My boyfriend and I gravitated to the apartments because the loft is a nice area for a creative space. They also host community events sometimes which I think is fun. One of the downsides to living here though is the church across the street. It can be a hassle leaving the apartment complex when they're having ...service, but other than that we enjoy living here. The community is full of lovely people, and Lucy and Michelle in the leasing office are great!Property Manager Responded
