Love it
May 31, 2024Love it! I have lived here for a couple years now and I love it. They are always quick to help me when needed. Maintenance is friendly and fast. It is convenient since everything can be done online now from work orders, payments, documents, and I was able to even renew online. A great place at a decent price.
May 31, 2024The apartments are spacious and the staff is quite attentive. Despite it's proximity to the airport I hardly ever noticed the airplanes. Frustrated
January 30, 2024Have lived here for years. I do like all the changes that have been made to improve the property. However, for the past month I have woken up to NO HOT WATER on several occasions first on Dec 14, Dec 23, Dec 31, Jan 11, Jan 17, Jan 18 and now Jan 26 through Jan 30, and it is still not fixed. I have heard every excuse from them, from they are doing preventative maintenance so that lines do not bust during the freeze, I guess that did not work because they said a line busted one of the times, ...other times it was the boiler not staying on and shutting off every 3hrs, or that they are waiting on a part that is on back order and now it is a pump. It sounds like they need to look for a new plumber who knows what they are doing, because the one they have seems to be doing temporary fixes and does not know what to do. Then to top it off they give you an emergency number to call, which they do not answer, voicemail box will be full. You are forced to send a text. Some of the office staff is rude. Office will only hear from me if my AC goes out in the summer time or if I have no HOT WATER in the winter. TERRIBLE!!
January 12, 2024We have less than a month .12 days. of 2024.And we missed hot water several days! Terrible. They charged you for a spot in the parking lot but if someone parks in your spot sorry find a guess parking. there is no body to contact. Just terrible customer service. They are fixing the apartments .pool, office and the look .just superficial. for what. To charge you more but those things do not matter if the real issues are not fix. WATER for example. NO HOT WATER
May 27, 2023We have NO HOT WATER. The apartments switched over companies and left us without hot water. Another resident stated they dont have hot water AND AC. The phone number provided DOESN'T work and nobody picks up on their emergency maintenance line.Review from Apartments.com
Rat Infested Apartments
February 26, 2022I could write a novel on my experience at this apartment, but I’ll keep it short and sweet with my last in final straw. It is so disgusting, no proper maintenance whatsoever. If you don’t believe me drive around to the other apartment buildings that they don’t show you when you take a tour!! Its so bad that they had no outdoor rodent management, and we now have rodents in our apartment! How fun. Im a patient person so that wasn’t my final straw, it is the fact that Ive asked them 6 times now in ...person, by phone, and by email to have rodent control come fix this horrific issue. They had their maintenance man put a $2 trap inside our apartment and when that didnt work and we contact them? They ignore us. I’ve asked several times now for a *professional*. They do not care about residents what so ever. They will literally give you an apartment with broken appliances, messed up flooring, peeling carpet. I have photo proof of this. Don’t waste your time!!
December 11, 2021I moved here because i had high hopes for this place. The pictures are great, even the online model they show you looks nice but don’t believe it. It’s literally been 2 yrs of hell i will not be remembering my lease, i honestly wish i could break it! The water is always off, management sucks and there are mice and roaches. For a year I’ve been battling mice in this apartment even had to call the health department at one point. It’s sickening to have to live like this.Property Manager Responded

Not renewing a 3rd yr
February 4, 2021Haven't been able to use my bathtub only the shower cause they cheaply refinished it and it bubbled up. I've told them and yet almost 2 yrs later nothing has been done. took 9 repair requests to finally fix the AC correctly. They require stickers for the cars so the ones that don't belong can be towed but it does no good cause neither the office or the tow company does anything when cars that don't belong are sitting for days in the same spot. I have been looking at other apartments because as of ...now I don't plan on sticking around for a 3rd yr of this.
