November 28, 2020The rent is cheap, you have many places to display your art, most of your neighbors are creatives and you have a lot of freedom to decorate your apartment. That’s it for the good. Let’s get into the bad. None of the floors are sealed so liquid soaks through including pet waste. The pipes are exposed so anytime someone takes a shower, flushes or even just washes their hands, you can hear it and it’s Loud. The faucets in some of the units make a screeching noise and spurt out water randomly. ...Freezing in the winter, hot in the summer, bills are outrageous if you want to use heat/ac. Management does not employ enough maintenance people to keep the building clean. Maintenance people do their best! It’s just impossible for 1-2 people to keep the entire building clean a few hours a week. None of the washer/dryers rarely ever work at the same time. You’re then told there are laundromats nearby but it’s an amenity that’s listed. It should work. The parking lot is just gravel and will never be paved because management doesn’t care. In the beginning, management was different, but this building is just like any other now. You can do better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
