Excellent job on thermostat The thermostat was completely replaced with a brand new one. Initially it triggered the fan running non-stop. The technician, Derek, finally fixed the problem. It was a complicated technical issue. I am very grateful to Derek and his great team for the support. Gary

The new thermostat is defective or installed incorrectly The fan never stops even when the system is off. It generates lots of noise, which disturbs the whole family’s sleep. It is now weekend and I called emergency maintenance line and no one called back. Looks like no one monitors that emergency line.

Leasing office staffing The leasing office is frequently vacant on Saturdays, during posted business hours (normal weekends, not holiday). The hours posted by the door in the leasing office is not consistent with someone being present. If they happen to be giving a tour, the “we will return soon” sign is also not often accurate. We’ve checked three different times, several hours apart (during supposed business hours), and nobody is there consistently. Phones are also not answered on Saturday, ...

The job was not done I was advised that my very old thermostat which does not function normally could be replaced once I submit a replacement request. I did and nothing was done. I never heard from anyone ever since.

Vando is excellent! Maintenance work was executed successfully I have lived here for quite a while, it is a wonderful community overall but our maintenance work since vando arrived has been prompt and done correctly each time! He has managed to deliver excellent service without delay every time there has been an issue whether it’s an appliance or something more complex. Great response time and so kind!

Owesome service ! quick response ! Really Care person ! Our Maintainence expert, Vando is owesome. Our washing machine was broken in the middle of a wash at 9PM. I called in to report the problem . In 5 minutes, I got a call from Vando. He told me he will come to solve the problem the first thing in the morning. The next morning he came with a loaner machine so we can continue the wash. He took the broken one back to repair. Then he constantly update me with the progress, until it got ...

repaired (likr a new one). I really appreciate his careful consideration, his quick response and his careful and detail work.
