Maintenance work was executed successfully I have lived here for quite a while, it is a wonderful community overall but our maintenance work since vando arrived has been prompt and done correctly each time! He has managed to deliver excellent service without delay every time there has been an issue whether it’s an appliance or something more complex. March 23, 2026Owesome service ! quick response ! Really Care person ! Our Maintainence expert, Vando is owesome. Our washing machine was broken in the middle of a wash at 9PM. I called in to report the problem . In 5 minutes, I got a call from Vando. He told me he will come to solve the problem the first thing in the morning. The next morning he came with a loaner machine so we can continue the wash. He took the broken one back to repair. Then he constantly update me with the progress, until it got ...repaired (likr a new one). I really appreciate his careful consideration, his quick response and his careful and detail work.Property Manager Responded
March 31, 2026Shau Shan Leu, a broken washing machine at 9PM is stressful enough on its own, and Vando showing up the next morning with a loaner so you could keep going says everything about the kind of care we strive for here.
