Good place and Good staff
January 23, 2017This place was affordable and at a good location for my job. The best thing was that ALL the utilities are included with your rent. Yes... this means your electricity as well! I had a few problems with my refrigerator and my shower head and maintenance responded quickly and got everything fixed right away. I highly recommend this place as it was exactly what I needed when I needed it and not being tied down to a lease was a plus :)Review from Apartments.com
I wouldn't stay here for 1 week
January 16, 2016Please don't live here. This place is not safe at all. I lived at this place for 9 months and everything started off fine. Then recently I started to see alot of drama and weird looking people hanging outside their rooms. It would freak me out sometimes when I come home from work and on my way to my bedroom there would be a strange looking character hanging around outside making alot of noise. Run away. Very fast
January 8, 2016This place is infested not only with roaches but with drug sellers and addicts. If you even think for one second you will be safe living in this environment, don't. You will be robbed in the parking lot. Your home is not safe because drug addicts will break in. Probably giving "security" part of what they steal to look the other way. Even Metro does not like to come to this property. My son and daughter in law lived there one month. I went there in the day time and the roaches were ...crawling on the walls in the living room area. One of the worst if not the worst places to live in this city. Sad there is not any real affordable housing anywhere that you can be safe. You are better sleeping on a bench in a park than in this place. The office and security are useless. December 5, 2015WHATEVER U DO DO NOT MOVE IN NTO THIS PLACE, I MOVED IN PAID UP FOR TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCED THE CREDIT CARD TYPE OF KEY NEVER WORKED I HAD TO KEEP GETTING NEW ONES MADE AND CALLING SECURITY TI OPEN MY DOOR, THEN IN LESS THAN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS MY PLACE WAS BROKEN INTO . ON THE THIRD FLOOR , NOT ONCE BUT TWICE MADE A POLICE REPORT BUT NOBODY SAW NOR HEARD ANYTHING . AND MANAGEMENT HAD NOTHING TO SAY THEY ASKED ME WHAT WOULD I LIKE THEM TO DO .
