Great Location!

I have lived here for over 8 years and it has been great. It is a subsidized apt. building, so the rent is proportional to my income- affordable;- the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the residents can sometimes be unpleasant; understandable when you consider everyone it serves are low-income seniors and people with a disability- it can be difficult to be positive when that's the case. It is located close to Southtown with excellent bus service to MOA, Southdale, and downtown Mpls.; ...

the Apts. are small but quiet, and the maintenance and office staff are great and very helpful; it can be hard to get on the waiting list for it, but it's definitely worth it!!
