Kolo has been fantastic to live at and the management staff is always very professional with communication. Highly recommend living here if you're looking for a modern feel just a few blocks off of Bde Maka Ska!

Kolo is such a great place to live. Clean community areas, great location and great management. You can tell they really care for the safety and well-being of the residents. My unit was clean upon move in, maintenance requests are fulfilled in a day of/ in a timely manner, and the property manager, Jimmy, has been so helpful during my move in and is very accommodating and friendly. I have loved living at Kolo. From touring, to lease signing (on a convenient app), to having work orders fulfilled day-of, to the beautiful finishes in the apartment, and the proximity to the lakes, I had a great experience. Management is extremely responsive to emails and flexible with lease start and end dates. I did not take advantage of the lower level parking garage, but it was always easy to find street parking right outside of the building. All of my neighbors have been friendly, and the ...
