Lafayette Plaza is a very pretty senior apartment complex. To get on their waiting list - $100 deposit is required. They tell your, if for any reason you decide or they decide against you renting an apartment - your deposit will be refunded 10 - 30 after decision. LIE - its been 2 MONTHS and I still don't have my deposit back. Now, I am going to LEGAL AIDE. Carolyn

I am a Senior citizen and I had been looking for an apartment for months and I had look at several apts. I really wanted a senior citizen apt and I had look every where and I saw advertisement for apartmentinternet on tv and that's where I located the apt that I am in now. It is very spacious, It has a large walk in closet, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, garden tub, beauty shop theater room, library, computer room, exercise room, large outdoor pool. its convenient to the busline. ...

easy access to hwy 59, convenient to the shopping mall. pharmacy close by, also bank. I just love it there.i am on the second and my balcony looks over the pool area and it is avery beautiful picture. I don't want to forget the garage..Thanks
