With the proximity to Saint Louis park and Lake Bde, one would assume it is a safe area. That is far from the case. There is no security despite the numerous car jackings and break ins. Management has been “working” on finding a security company for the past 10 months. The surface level (free) parking lot is also located around a blind turn causing accidents in the winter. have had several things break that required maintenance to fix. The heat doesn’t get warm enough in the winter and we relied heavily on a space heater. The AC works in the living room but doesn’t spread to the bedroom. The amenities are only open during business hours so don’t expect to be able to hit the gym or take the kids to the pool after work. For the price point of this apartment, I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious but I at least expected to feel safe (which I do not).
