May 9, 2022With the proximity to Saint Louis park and Lake Bde, one would assume it is a safe area. That is far from the case. There is no security despite the numerous car jackings and break ins. Management has been “working” on finding a security company for the past 10 months. The surface level (free) parking lot is also located around a blind turn causing accidents in the winter. The apartment itself is decent. There is decent living space but the kitchen is quite small. The building is also OLD. We ...have had several things break that required maintenance to fix. The heat doesn’t get warm enough in the winter and we relied heavily on a space heater. The AC works in the living room but doesn’t spread to the bedroom. The amenities are only open during business hours so don’t expect to be able to hit the gym or take the kids to the pool after work. For the price point of this apartment, I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious but I at least expected to feel safe (which I do not).Property Manager Responded

Decent For the Cost
August 24, 2015For the cost of rent (around 600$ a month for a 2 bedroom) this apartment is definitely just "Okay." First of all its location is a couple of blocks from Lake Calhoun which is really nice when it's nice out but its not exactly walking distance to uptown unless you have plenty of time to kill. You can use the gym and pool in the main building but only during office hours which can be a little bit of a set back for some people. On another note it was a little off putting to see how lackluster they ...were about cleaning out our apartment after the old tenants moved out. Upon moving in we found dirty dishes in the oven and a full medicine cabinet in the bathroom. This doesn't make the apartment worse but it illustrates how efficient management must be. Amazing Location!
August 9, 2015You can't beat the location of this apartment. It is within walking distance to some really great restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores. Lake Calhoun is less than half a mile away and only a mile or so into the heart of Uptown. The staff is great, professional and handle any issues right away.Review from Apartments.com
