Friendly and Quiet community
October 25, 2018I enjoy living here! I have not had any issues with neighbors: It's quiet! And they are great people. And are friendly to my pets. Even though you are close to a major road, you don't hear the traffic. Management is great! If you have a concern or question, he listens and does his best to get it resolved quickly! Safe neighborhood
April 29, 2017I've lived here since 2015 and have had no problems with neighbors or management. Management is very responsive to maintenance requests. The neighborhood seems pretty safe. April 27, 2017I enjoy living here. The manager is great and the neighbors are very courteous to one another. The community is clean and is constantly being kept up by maintenance. August 4, 2015The one-bedroom unit with utility room is the perfect size for me and a pet. Lots of counterspace and closets. The utility room is large enough for my washer and dryer and plenty of storage. There's also access to an attic. I have a fenced patio. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. There is a laundry room on property. It's walking distance to K-mart and bus stop. Just minutes from the mall and a park. The price is the lowest around.Review from Apartments.com
