I have lived here for 5 years. Love it and love my neighbors. Maintenance is fast, Paul the manager is a saint and everything is perfect. It's a bit older but hey, i'm paying the most affordable rent in the area. Love where I am.

I enjoy living here! I have not had any issues with neighbors: It's quiet! And they are great people. And are friendly to my pets.
Even though you are close to a major road, you don't hear the traffic.
Management is great! If you have a concern or question, he listens and does his best to get it resolved quickly! Maintenance is great!
Price is good and the location is great! Close to major roads and shopping! What's not to like!!

I've lived here since 2015 and have had no problems with neighbors or management. Management is very responsive to maintenance requests. The neighborhood seems pretty safe. I have not had any problems with crime during my stay here. Reasonable rent, clean apartments, good management - what's not to like?

This property is amazing. They dedicate the time and energy to keeping it clean and safe. Reasonable price for the area and apartments. This is the first place I have lived where I truly felt at home. Apartments are spacious and well designed.

I enjoy living here. The manager is great and the neighbors are very courteous to one another. The community is clean and is constantly being kept up by maintenance. If there are any issues, the manager addresses them before they are brought to anyone s attention. The building is secure and safe. Very pet friendly and CLEAN!

Wonderful Community! The leasing staff is great. They take time to get to know the residents and they are very involved within the community. The homes are in great condition and it's an incredible community for families and pets.

This place is beautiful! The management is so nice and they are very helpful. The atmosphere is lovely and I love living here. It's very clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly.

The one-bedroom unit with utility room is the perfect size for me and a pet. Lots of counterspace and closets. The utility room is large enough for my washer and dryer and plenty of storage. There's also access to an attic. I have a fenced patio. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. There is a laundry room on property. It's walking distance to K-mart and bus stop. Just minutes from the mall and a park. The price is the lowest around.
