DO NOT LIVE HERE

I have lived here for close to two years and at first it was great but now it is awful. I have had my phone calls avoided by management and when I leave a voicemail about a maintenance issue no one returns my calls. The staff is just plain rude. For the ridiculous amount you pay for this place, you don’t get anything in return besides being close to restaurants. Do yourself a favor and do not lease here.

Springs at Legacy Commons
September 25, 2015
This complex is in a great location next to Shops at Legacy- lots of restaurants, shops, and bars! It is also within walking distance to Zorinsky Lake. We love the laminate floors, granite counters, and fenced patio for our dog. The pool is great too. The maintenance staff here is wonderful! I think that rent is a bit expensive, but we love where we live!

Dream Come True

My boyfriend and I just moved in together and Springs at Legacy has nearly everything we wanted, and more. They have a pool, an amazing location, basic fitness center, Dark faux wood flooring, dark cabinets and appliances, and they are the most dog friendly apartment complex I could find. The floorpan we have is so open and has nine foot ceilings so it doesn't even feel like we are only living in a one bedroom apartment. Washer and dryer in the room, full size, not the lame little stackable ones. ...
The only thing our floor plan was missing was a balcony, and honestly with the huge windows you don't need one. I love it!
