February 10, 2025I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the trees on the property, well maintained amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, making the entire move in process smooth and hassle free. Any questions or minor maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed promptly, which speaks volumes about their commitment to resident satisfaction. The apartment itself is spacious, with a great layout that ...feels both cozy and functional. The kitchen is well-equipped, the appliances are modern, and the natural lighting is fantastic. Plus, the community spaces like the fitness center, lounge, and outdoor areas are clean and well-kept, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and social time. February 2, 2025had a decent experience so far, complex is close to everything you need. Maintenance response is good and overall office staff is "polite". Wish they appreciated long term residents by offering lower increases to rent or occasionally none at all. I asked one time and they wouldn't even consider it, all the while they have 70-80 open unitsProperty Manager Responded

January 2, 2025I’ve lived here for the past year, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The rent is ridiculously high for what’s offered. Cars are frequently broken into, and apartments are often vandalized. When reporting these issues, some of the staff in the office are dismissive and unhelpful, making it even more frustrating to deal with these problems. Maintenance is also very slow to address service requests, which adds to the dissatisfaction. On top of that, the amenities are ...lacking. One of the gyms is so small and the other gym has very old, broken equipment that hasn’t been updated or repaired in ages. For the price they’re charging, I expected a much better living experience. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe and responsive community with decent amenities.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024We’ve been living at Legends on the Green for 3 years already and we love it. Our appartment is beautiful, and spacious. We live on the third floor and our view from the balcony is beautiful. Maintenance is fast at solving any issues.
