Calls for maintenance will almost always be ignored, or dealt with after a great deal of persistent calling if you're lucky. There will be no walkthrough or checklist when you sign a lease, and *any* wear or damage to the unit, whether already present or not, will be blamed on you when you move out and used as an excuse to keep ...
