Avoid This One! Warning about Renting Town Park Reserve

Very high rates. Management increases rent annually once they get you in. This place is about front-end sales. On the back-end, good luck leaving without very high settlement fees. Prices are not worth it despite location. After that, good luck even getting a call returned. Plumbing and appliances are decades old. Gates do not work. Ants and other bugs crawling through walls.

I just moved out of TownPark Reserve and have both good and bad things to share. Pros: -Walk to great restaurants, a great Publix, Urgent Care, and a Movie Theater! -Very easy access to I-4. -Wonderful maintenance team that is quick to respond and friendly, too. Cons: -Local restaurants have live music and have no regard for residents in terms of volume or hours. -Neighbors somewhat unpleasant and walls are quite thin. -Bug problem -Poor construction. Many power outlets didn't work, ...
weird paint job, etc. -All amenities are across the street and difficult to access. If you want to use the pool/dog park/gym frequently beware. -Office staff very unresponsive via telephone. Unless you can go in personally, service is out of the question. In-person, though, they are lovely. -If you need to commute into Orlando, know that I-4 traffic on that side is awful.

I do not recommend this apartment to any one. It looks nice from out side, but from inside...lot of Cockroaches. Fines are horrible here.

working on average 10 to 12 hours a day (paid only when in the air) I come home to my new apartment. Location is very nice, atmosphere and layout is perfect. This is my first apartment by myself and I take great pride in keeping it clean. The complex is very well kept and being here 3 months there is no real complaints. I possibly aimed too high and my assessment of income a touch off as well. I want this to be my base. This is my base..and will work to keep it as such. (Help doesn't hurt ;)
