Pros: The building is conveniently located, apartments are spacious, and maintenance is responsive.
Cons: Parking is a significant issue. There are no assigned spots at the 52 E Main St building, which is unnumbered and shared, making it hard to find a space, especially at night or on weekends. They offer garages with parking spaces for a monthly fee; however, these are very limited and require being on a waitlist. Noise insulation is very poor. I can constantly hear those living above ...

Additionally, a clause in the lease permits tours of your unit with just 24 hours' notice, two months before its end, at any time deemed reasonable. For instance, I was informed today I have two tours scheduled for my apartment tomorrow, one of which is during a WFH meeting. Another was planned for today. This is a heads-up for those who work the night shift, work from home, or value privacy and are not comfortable with tours being set up in this manner, or any other circumstance. They will proceed with these tours regardless of your preferences.
Overall: Decent building, but for the price, better options are available in the area.

We moved into our 2 bedroom apartment at 42 E Main Street in August 2018 and have enjoyed every day since. The management team is extremely pleasant and very responsive to our every need. The floor plan is tastefully designed as well as very spacious. Parking spots are numbered for each apartment which makes it very convenient.The elevator which goes to each floor (including the first floor) makes it very helpful especially when bringing home groceries or other heavy items. We truly enjoy living ...
