I stopped by the office to put in an application and Rachelle greeted me at the door. She was so pleasant. She helped me with the application and ran it through to see if I was approved. I was approved and I put the required down payment to put me on the list. She called me 2 weeks later and told me there would be an unit available in September. Older but relatively decent

The apartments are fairly quite and safe. However, they are very outdated and need upgrades. The sudden, large rent increase since the property management has changed twice in a year seems unfair. Especially for long-term, good standing, elderly residents on fixed incomes. When this property was ran directly by the family that owned it the rent remained low and affordable. Now not so much anymore. The stairwells and hallways need to be cleaned more thourougly and on a consistant basis. Also ...

I love the Mallory community! It's safe and quiet. The grounds are very well maintained. Jessica and the office staff are easily accessible and respond very quickly to maintenance requests. I've been a resident since 2016 and appreciate their commitment to the upkeep of the community.

I have been here for a long time. It is a great value - nice, safe, clean. Neighbors are good and staff in office and maintenance are nice too. Maintenance problems are handled quickly.
