Laundry machines barely work, I use the hot water option for clothes and cold water comes out. People leave their pet's waste on the floor, constant smell of marijuana, drugs are prohibited and of course aren't enforced. Neighbors are nice though, but many children are around so the marijuana situation should be understandable.

i moved here from Los Angeles in search of a better life which i thought i had found here at Mango Villas. at first it seemed nice but as time went by the faults were starting to show there is a cockroach infestation, the Windows are easy to break into,washers and dryers hardly work,there is a constant smell of marijuana, the pool had fungus in it,and parents let there kids run around without supervison.

I have been living here for about 3 months,and I love it here! Elizabeth the apartment manager has been so nice and very helpful! I almost didn't get the apartment because of miscommunication on someone else's part and Elizabeth help me through it all to figure out what was the miscommunication and she found it and then I was able to qualify for the apartment. And I'm recently divorced I have my four children living with me and the rent is very reasonable for this area my neighbors are nice and ...

courteous very helpful I have no problems thank God with anybody. I would recommend these apartments to my friends or anyone else.
