    Clean, well maintained, responsive staff, excellent amenities and community events, and fantastic natural lighting through large windows. It’s in a great part of the city with easily walkable restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in!

    I moved from the suburbs to downtown MPLS. Maverick has all the feels of a home but without the upkeep. Close and yet quiet. Professional and yet casual. And, overall, it’s less expensive than a home and I’m able to save money monthly into savings. Love this place.

    Paper thin walls, random individuals attempting to break into your apartment, and management who doesn’t fix the problems. If you want to hear every step your neighbors make and have to fend off people trying to get into your apartment, or if you feel like living in a dorm room again like college- then this place is for you. Otherwise do yourself a favor and ignore every positive review of this place and live elsewhere. Trust me.
