October 2, 2025Just reflecting on my time, there The management julie in the grounds, people and maintenance did a wonderful job. Just reflecting on how easy they made it for me to become a resident. And I was there for about 5 years. And how easy they help with my transition out of there, because I had to move with my job. Julie is truly fantastic. Best Place to Live!
November 9, 2023Absolutely love it here! I have loved here about 5 months. The staff is amazing and very attentive to my needs. I have met some amazing people in this community. Su,Justin,and Miles are the best! I’m hoping to continue to love it here and settle for a while. The prices are reasonable for what was included. Apartments are truly beautiful. Run, fast
July 11, 2022Imagine not having central AC for nearly 8 weeks in the middle of a South Carolina summer. Then imagine being treated like you are overreacting or being too loud when you raise your voice TWICE in those nearly two months. Then imagine an employee tries to fight you and then threatens to call police on you for USING THE F WORD. Then imagine after nearly 8 weeks without central AC, the new unit is installed improperly and drains INTO THE WALLS OF YOUR BATHROOM. October 2, 2018I have been living in the Mayfair Lofts for 10 months and it has by far been my best living experience to date. The staff is very friendly and accessible, the maintenance staff was timely an the other residents are polite. The units have a real wow factor with the 20ft ceilings and exposed brick. Gone downhill!
March 17, 2018This place is not what it used to be! We no longer have an onsite manager which is a problem because how can you truly address issues if you're not here to witness or understand them. Also, the grounds are starting to look unkempt because I don't remember the last time the landscaping crew has been here. Also locks are being changed and new keys are being given out at times that are inconvenient for residents all because the manager doesn't live here.
