I've lived here 3 years. And on 3/27/21 my apartment flooded from all the rain. I called the emergency number and got no reply and I had to leave my home because I was standing in 2ft of water. Sunday 3/28/21 as I am back to see all the damage a random man I've never seen came walking into my home telling me he is there to cut out the wet carpet. No one from the office came out to take pictures see the damage nothing!!!!! Monday 3/29 after calling the office many times I finally got some who ...

said they are coming to see the damage and take pictures between money and Tues. To sum it up. They said they will only be coming to replace the carpet. Today is 3/30/21 and my home sells of mildew and there is still wet carpet in the house!!!! I asked to be moved to a new apartment and they told me I would have to do a new application and all the fees. Plus a new deposit. For there building flooding!!!! Did I mention my AC unit was under water Save your self the headache.
