Not a great experience
August 21, 2024Lived here for almost 2 years and loved that the unit comes with an attached garage. What we didn't like was the slow response management. (2-3 days to get a response sometimes.) Management would tell us one thing and their email would be completely different from what they verbally told us. (contract stuff) We had extremely noisy neighbors and management didn't do anything to address it. The neighbors above us would run at all late hours of the night 10pm-7am. Sometimes jumping off furniture ...and this would shake the entire ceiling and walls. Yes this place echos so bad you can hear people having conversations through the AC vent. You can also hear when someone gets into bed. Overall we just dealt with it but are glad to have left. tl;dr - management is lazy and unprofessional, the apartments echo and everything noisy neighbors do you will most likely hear it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
This place has rodents, lazy management ...avoid it like the plague!
October 31, 2015Management does not respond to any concerns in a timely manner. Expect to put in many requests. The staff openly admits they raise the rent to the max each year. Mine went up almost $500 in less than 2 years! The fireplace sat broken for months in the pool area and the pool lighting does not always work making it unsafe and not usable at night. The security , what security! The staff loses packages and if you want to mail something...good luck! They forget to put an outgoing mailbox in the mail ...center and if you want to access your mail 24 hours forget that too! The mail office that took them almost a year to finish is only open limited hours but this all just the little stuff. When I moved in I noticed mice droppings which I was told was from the apartment being vacant. After having it cleaned several times they return and to top it off other residents have seen them in and around the property. I am 100% in agreement with the review about the trees, they were not taken care of and as a result had to be removed, the management took so long (nearly a year) to remove one that was dying that part of a large pine tree actually fell down. As a result my cooling costs also increased. They raised the rent to paint a building that did not need it and I actually overheard a vendor telling the manager there was no need to tear out a section of the landscaping to make a repair, he expressed it was costly and not needed. He was then instructed to remove the landscaping around the fountain which may I add also sat broken for months and they would just replace it with something else. Who pays for this? You do! Avoid any building under the same management company! Save your time and money and live elsewhere. I have lived in several complexes and would recommend Prometheus over this incompetent staff. Roomy and nice view
September 23, 2015The apartment has a nice and quiet location. The school district is superb. The neighbor are nice and children friendly. Amenities like pool, Jacuzzi, Work out room are great. If I can change one thing, perhaps more parking spaces.Review from Apartments.com
Good Apartment, awful parking
July 27, 2015These apartments are super cute and the management does a good job at keeping them looking in top shape with exterior renovations. Unfortunately, inside they aren't super renovated and are almost a little outdated. Parking is an absolute nightmare, it's like the parking was just an after thought. Also, they moved the mailboxes into the office so you have to go into the office on office hours to get your mail. Mill Creek Apartments
August 14, 2015Mismanagement at every turn. They raise rent to paint the complex that didn't need it. They take out mature trees to put in smaller ones, leaving the apartments without shade increasing cooling costs. Management moved the mail boxes from a perfectly good mail kiosks to inside the office, taking out the complex business center. the project took over six months to complete. IN the mean time they painted the old kiosk that was not to be in use. It has sat that way for over a year now. They leave ...packages that have been delivered to the office because of the their size for months and never notify you they are there. The apartment is not in the best repair and I am more capable in making repairs they the maintenance team.
