Management does not respond to any concerns in a timely manner. Expect to put in many requests. The staff openly admits they raise the rent to the max each year. Mine went up almost $500 in less than 2 years! The fireplace sat broken for months in the pool area and the pool lighting does not always work making it unsafe and not usable at night. The security , what security! The staff loses packages and if you want to mail something...good luck! They forget to put an outgoing mailbox in the mail
...center and if you want to access your mail 24 hours forget that too! The mail office that took them almost a year to finish is only open limited hours but this all just the little stuff.
When I moved in I noticed mice droppings which I was told was from the apartment being vacant. After having it cleaned several times they return and to top it off other residents have seen them in and around the property. I am 100% in agreement with the review about the trees, they were not taken care of and as a result had to be removed, the management took so long (nearly a year) to remove one that was dying that part of a large pine tree actually fell down. As a result my cooling costs also increased. They raised the rent to paint a building that did not need it and I actually overheard a vendor telling the manager there was no need to tear out a section of the landscaping to make a repair, he expressed it was costly and not needed. He was then instructed to remove the landscaping around the fountain which may I add also sat broken for months and they would just replace it with something else. Who pays for this? You do! Avoid any building under the same management company! Save your time and money and live elsewhere. I have lived in several complexes and would recommend Prometheus over this incompetent staff.
