If you are searching for an apartment, I highly recommend Mille Miglia. The whole staff is very friendly, they are quick to fix maintenance issues, even the overnight maintenance team is wonderful and quick to address issues. The complex is always clean and well kept up with, it doesn’t look cheap, and it doesn’t look ugly. The staff is careful with your belongings when they go into your apartment, if they move something, they put it back exactly how they found it. They are prompt on returning ...
phone calls and answering questions you may have. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is, but just take my word for it. This is the place to go, I promise! I’ll be sad on my move out day, this is the best place I ever lived.

Not what i expected

the walls are VERYT THIN!! NEIGHBORS DO NOT HAVE ANY COURTESY WHATSOEVER!! once you contact the office about any issue as far as something wrong in the house , loud neighbors , THEFT, or bugs they DO NOT. Respond immediately they put everything on hold unless it’s a mandatory emergency… pricing goes up by the day.. the more people who move in the higher you have to pay !

Great Staff!!! Love the property

I've driven by these apts. a few times, finally decided to stop by we were surprised at how quiet they were especially on the weekend when kids are out of school, and the grounds were super clean, and Ms. Zuri was just awesome she was so welcoming and inviting, she showed us around, explained all the great amenities on the property, and addressed any concerns we had. Terrible

We moved into these apartments thinking it was going to be great, little do we know it was very poorly built. The cocking is horrific, floors are coming up in 1 month, and management is beyond rude and unprofessional. We would do something once and never get a warning for it, instead immediately fined, but come to find out our neighbors have been doing the same thing for 2 weeks and have not been told a single thing. Don’t settle for this apartment complex. You can find better apartments for a ...
