Police Vans in the Property at least Once a day-- Scary

This used to be an 'OK' Property. Recently, there are at least once or twice a day Police vans called inside the property. This seems scary. Stay away from this property.

In the event that police arrive to the community, Management does their best to assess the situation and determine if a community notification is needed. A notification will only be sent out if the particular situation will affect the safety and living of the residents within the community. If the event calls for police and it is a private or isolated incident, Management will keep the matter private and work directly with the residents or guest involved. Please stop by the Leasing Office and we'd be happy to sit down and talk about any of your concerns.

I usually don't write any reviews. But this one is needed since what I am about to address is about fairness. So I will stick to the FACTS. FIRST OFF, the ladies in the front office is amazing. They are prompt and are genuinely sincere in addressing your needs. So my review is not with the front office. SECOND, the maintenance team is fantastic. I have yet to have any problems here. They are quick and courteous. There is a problem with pet poop and stray cats. Maintenance does a great job is ...
cleaning behind other peoples grown kids. When I leave for work in the morning I see the maintenance team out early diligently picking up trash, cleaning the pool area of left over debris. Stray cats troll thru the garbage, get warm under a vehicle or just post up on the hood or the roof of a car. There is one that camps out by my unit I have nicknamed him "HOBO" since he's a stray hobo of a cat. What can you do? To be Continued

Best Apartment Ever

So my wife and I have been living here for just over a year now and have been extremely happy overall. Now Im not going to say there has never been issues there have. Our first experience was actually walking in and finding our remolded apartment with parts still in it and paint dust not clean. Management rectified the issue immediately and no longer use that contractor because the quality of product was not very good. We have had similar experiences over our year here and every time ...
management has been amazing. Overall I would say neighbors are quiet but at least at my part of the complex we are all very cordial, smile at each other and are friendly. Overall I would recommend this complex in a heart beat without a second thought. Any negative reviews on here I can pretty much promise you are from people that expect you to deliver the moon in their bedroom if they ask.

NICE PLACE TO LIVE

Mira Santi Apartments Beautiful place to live and is in a really nice area in Chandler. Everything you want is walking distance; markets, dining, bars and freeway access. Residents here are very nice with a family like atmosphere. Aesthetics of the complex design & with surrounding green grass and trees attacked me & my 60 lb. canine friend; yes larger dogs are welcome here and have plenty of friends to go on walks with. The apartments are currently being completely upgraded everything ...
new and they just upgraded the 24-hour fitness center with all new equipment and a yoga room! The front office staff are great & maintenance is completed in a timely manner. Really couldn’t ask for more when it comes to apartments. Just wished the rent could have stayed the same price. Other than that I wouldn’t be moving.

Great area

good area to live in with easy access to the freeway and lots of places to shop and eat around. The apartment grounds are kept very clean but quite a few bugs during the summer times. Very friendly and helpful staff & very spacious apartments. The bad side is my boyfriends car had gotten broken into and many things were stolen off my patio area.
