January 1, 2026The day I was to sign my lease they switched the unit because there was a plumbing issue. They moved me into a unit that had not been cleaned, had plumbing issues and unsafe and unstable floors. It was only after I started the rent escrow process and had the city come out that they repaired the floor. As bad as my floors were, I understand many of the residents have floors in worse conditions. If you made the mistake of moving here, it’s important to get everything in writing. Even now they have ...said that they will let me move out, however they have yet to put it in writing. They changed management on Nov 19,2025, however, the people working at the apartment are the same people under the old management, they hid the fact that they were selling the property and now used that as the reason the apartment has not and is not being properly maintained. November 12, 2024Easy move in with the ladies in the leasing office. Maintenance crew are OK. They tend to slack off alot but they end up getting the task done with a slight hassle. The neighborhood is pretty quite for the most part, there are alot of residents with children. The police are also pretty good at patrolling as well. November 12, 2024It’s an overall calm community. The carpet is really nice in the apartment and it’s spacious. Love the in-house appliances. A few problems I would say are the gnats, they’re really annoying. And the walls and windows are paper thing, so you can hear everyone and everything.Property Manager Responded
