I lived here for three years There's a huge homelessness issue around the area and it's getting worse. There's always people digging through all of the dumpster. Hard to get maintenance to respond to repair requests or get a hold of the property manager. There's never anyone in the office. The area is noisy with the cars on the main road if you live on that side, it's a nightmare. The apartment lamps around the complex are always out. the unit. You have to get creative with your space. The appliances are very outdated. They kept 2/3 of my whole deposit even though I spent a week cleaning the unit even for normal living wear and tear. Would not live here again if I had the choice. There's convenient shopping in the area but that's about it.
