Friendly and affordable

I lived here for a year and only left because I needed a location closer to work. From the very beginning, Angela (Manager) was incredibly accommodating. Before I had even signed the lease she went out of her way to make every step as convenient for me as possible and this continued throughout my lease. Angela definitely takes a lot of pride in these apartments as there were continuous improvements being made as well as community social events so neighbors could get to know each other. ...
Maintenance was also wonderful; Chris was timely with every request and even replaced my old AC unit with a brand new (and very nice) one without me having to ask. You WILL NOT be disappointed with the staff here.
Pros: Close to Minneapolis, park & ride, grocery stores, gas station; the pool area is very nice; friendly neighbors; plenty of parking; rent is reasonable and you can pay online; quiet at night; spacious bedrooms and balcony; new renovations
Cons: Office hours are tough with standard work hours but again, Angela was always accommodating when I needed it; wall-unit AC (but still stays fairly cool in summer)
This was the fourth apartment I'd lived in and by far the most organized and communicative management I've experienced. At other places I felt like nothing more than a dollar sign but here I felt that they genuinely appreciated my residency with them.
