About New Life Village
New Life Village, located in Tampa, Florida, is a unique intergenerational residential community designed to support families raising foster-to-permanency and kinship children who have survived abuse, neglect, and trauma. Opened in 2012, NLV addresses the area's affordable housing and foster care crises by offering program-rich, below-market housing and onsite wrap-around services. The Village provides seniors with mission-focused retirement opportunities, allowing them to serve as surrogate grandparents, tutors, and mentors to children. With 52 households and approximately 170 residents, including 113 children, NLV fosters healing, stability, and growth through its Trauma Informed Wellness, Resilience, and Character Development programs.
