Leasing staff is terrible

The leasing staff is completely unresponsive as a resident. They don’t answer email, phone calls, or messages on the resident portal. Extremely unprofessional.

Nordhaus has great amenities that are well maintained including three separate fitness areas. The recent addition of an outdoor sauna was the cherry on top!

I have lived here for a few years and have enjoyed the complex. The building is well maintained and generally run smoothly. You can tell the management actively wants to improve the building and experience for residents. Only thing to watch out for is high wind on the balconies if you are above the 4th floor. Makes those spaces difficult to use consistently so consider when choosing a unit.

I really love living at Nordhaus. From the amenities to the leasing office staff, they really ensure that this is as much of a community as possible. Ms. Ciarra is particularly phenomenal. She always goes above and beyond, even delivering packages directly to my door for me. Even from an accessibility standpoint, that's a really, really big deal! She will always get 11/5 stars from me
