November 18, 2025I love my apartment appliances and amenities feel luxury. The outdoor hot tub open year around is rare for apartments which is an extra treat living here. I also feel very secure and safe in the apartment.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living at Nordhaus. The amenities are top-notch, especially the rooftop pool and fitness center. The location in Northeast Minneapolis is perfect—close to restaurants, bars, and trails. Staff has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. May 8, 2025We just moved into one of the Penthouses and it’s been incredible so far. The unit has stunning features and a jaw-dropping view. It’s clean and modern, but still feels like home. The building feels safe and secure throughout, and we’re absolutely loving the amenities — especially the hot tub. April 23, 2025Overall enjoying it! Great community - Wish there was a little more guidance on navigating the internet and thermostat system upon moving in. Found the whole process a little confusing/overwhelming to figure out. - Confused about the use for the larger party room. As it only allows 2 guests per resident, given its large size (~158 people max capacity) it feels under-utilized. At all the of other luxury apartments I've lived in, a room of that size has been multi-use (ex: rentable for parties, ...allowances of smaller groups x>10, etc). My suggestion would be to make the room either available for rent (similar to the smaller room) or increase the allowance to 5 guests per residence to increase flexibility of the space.Property Manager Responded
