July 18, 2024North Bay Landing has the most amazing kitchen and layout out of any apartment complex I have ever lived in. There is so much space for storage with the amount of cabinets they provide and the granite in the kitchen is absolutely stunning. I have lived here for almost two years and have not had a single issue. Maintenance is always great and very efficient. The girls in the office are absolutely amazing. They host resident events, bring food trucks on property and so much more. I highly recommend ...these apartments to everyone!Property Manager Responded

Poor communication and lack of care
June 3, 2024Lived in the complex close to year and up until about a month ago I would have rated them 5 stars but after such a lack of communication and care for their residents I can’t renew here. On the upside the complex was nice enough to allow me to transfer from a 2 to a 1 bedroom lease following a roommate release, downside they gave me the wrong move in address up until the day before my move and I had to go back and change EVERYTHING just prior to my move. I had to submit a maintenance request for ...them to install a fire detector (prior to maintenance request the main bedroom didn’t have a fire detector). On 5/7 my washer stopped working mid cycle and I submitted a maintenance request for repair. On 5/14 a maintenance worker showed up, I told him what was the issue thru my ring camera then he left. With zero documentation of the issue. I called back to ask progress on the repair and another worker was sent out on 5/20 and diagnosed the issue as the motherboard malfunctioning which required GE intervention. From 5/7 to 5/20 THEY were the issue. GE representation was requested and an appointment was set for 6/3. It is now 6/3 with NO CALL/NO SHOW AND NO PLAN FOR ACTION. I have not threatened to withhold rent (always pay on time) and I have been MORE THAN PATIENT considering I’m going to the laundromat to wash my clothes with not even a “sorry for the inconvenience “ and there is standing dirty water in the washer.
