Seen a drop in up keep of property , not how i would present to any future tenants , their is several rules that are being broken on a daily basis, smoking where their should not be , and we are not referring to cigarettes,dirty elevator,dog poop not being put in proper can,loud noise late at night and early morning,

These apartments have gone downhill since Ginkgo took over. We have lived here since they were built and can't wait to get out! Ginkgo Corporate is a horrible company if you research them. Local staff does try to help at times but this company is complete trash.
