For a two bedroom 699 a month isn't so bad. Quiet neighborhood. Leasing office is helpful and understandable. Maintenance actually fixes things that needs to be fixed. Even tho there is no washer and dryer in the apartment there are places close by to wash clothes. few minutes from shopping center and food places. On the bus line and just 5 minutes from downtown.
