    First off, just getting ahold of a living breathing person in the leasing office is impossible. They have a separate answering service that does NOT relay anything to the home office. For 5 days now I've been trying to get a hold of ANYONE that works here, with no luck. Here I am on the 6th day, at their home office, with no one answering the door and I've sat here for 2 hours. I've spent 300 dollars on the application online, and still not anywhere closer to getting the apartment or a person to ...

I was moving to Arkansas, so I had to do everything over the phone or online (their online setup is easy and user friendly), Mekennah answered all my questions and was prompt with emails and getting back to me. The complex itself is very nice, a little older, but perfect for someone who just graduated and is starting their career. It's clean, quiet, and in a great location.     Northwest Hills is a nice, enjoyable, and pet-friendly place to live. The location is great for shopping, dining out, and enjoying the West Little Rock area. Over the past year, Marley (my dog) and I have enjoyed living here. The staff are professional, friendly and do their best to make everyone feel welcomed. The portal on the apartment website is a helpful tool to get my neighbors acquainted and keep us updated about events throughout the complex. It also allows residents to pay rent, send ...
    maintenance request, and navigate through the site. The upkeep of the complex is beautifully done, making the environment welcoming. With pros, comes cons, so here are some things that could be enhanced. The appliances are not up-to-date, but they are reliable. Maintenance does an excellent job of answering all request in a timely manner. The kitchen and bathroom are small, but they don't take away from the apartment's classic look. The living room and bedroom areas are spacious, but closet and storage space are limited. The apartment has a nice sized outdoor pool, but no indoor recreation area or on-site fitness center, which would've definitely been a great asset to everything else they have to offer. Currently, they are in the process of adding Internet to their list of amenities. As a proud resident, I look forward to growth of Northwest Hills.
