The management (Stephanie & Khari) and maintenance (Tony) are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure every resident is happy from timely email responses to 24/7 accessibility for maintenance to upgrades/renovations upon request. The location is perfectly central for city living and the layouts are unique. The management recently changed - so any bad reviews should be given another ...shot! 10/10 recommend.Read More

Don't make the same mistake. This company never missed a chance to charge for anything, meaning I paid way more over the course of my time there then my actual monthly rent. I am certain my deposit will never make it to my forwarding address. They were 100% out for my money and nothing else. The nice location is not worth dealing with shitty office ...employees and hidden fees. Live somewhere with a good reputation and don't give these people any more money. **Edit: Never received my deposit and am currently going through the Dept of Revenue since they never sent my CRP.Read More

I even Explained my situation early in the month and about 2 weeks later I was Served with eviction papers! This place doesn’t care about their residents they just want your money!
The worst experience I've ever had in my life
May 24, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is absolute trash, if you want to be treated like garbage and want your place to be a disgusting mess this is definitely for you. The front door was broken for a long time and a homeless dude would sit out in the hallway, my front door knob broke and it took 4 days for them to fix it,they do not respect you and treat you like a criminal. They will never give you a cent of your deposit back.
