August 11, 2025I have been here since July 31st and I love the community on the rental property. It's extremely quiet, peaceful and family oriented. The property remains clean. June 26, 2025So far so good, move in was easy pool is 24 hours gym is kept clean and has enough to work with. Location is prime for us. Property managers and maintenance are on top of their job.Property Manager Responded

May 26, 2025Slight issues with signing lease for 1 apartment then finding out the day before it wouldn’t be ready so getting a different apartment, to find out on moving day that the washer and dryer both don’t work and need new parts. May 4, 2025I am very pleased with everything. I have lived in different apartment complex but Oakbridge is by far my favorite from the management staff to my neighbors. Cecilia worked on getting me moved and approved in 24 hours and I soooo happy I stopped in on a Saturday at the last minute just to hear approved. May 3, 2025Nice and friendly neighborhood. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. We are first time movers, so we didn’t know what to expect but the office staff helps a lot. Anytime we need maintenance to come over they come as soon as possible ( mainly the next morning) and they are very helpful and understanding.
