I absolutely love this place and don't see myself leaving in the foreseeable future. You have a cute little cottage-like home with a fenced-in backyard - perfect for your doggie. Super close to I-75 and close to a lot of popular spots. The staff here is great and I have had zero complaints since moving here. I love it so much.

We have a backyard for our dog, the property managers are super nice and easy to talk to, and they always have events going on for those interested in getting to know your neighbors! The space is super clean and honestly a gem. Amazing price point for what you are getting and we don't plan on leaving anytime soon! 10/10 - totally recommend!

You get an individual space, while also getting a sense of community. There was an issue (totally my fault) that caused me to get locked out of my house at midnight, and the on-call staff was there to help me out when I called. Yury takes care of all the residents and always has thoughtful events , gifts , even yearly pet calendars with your pets photos COMPLIMENTARY ! This has been the best community to be a part of . The property is always clean and up to date even with landscaping and esthetics . The units are well taken care of and the prices are fair , given rates in fort Myers . The units are ...super big and the private yards are the best part . You litterally have the joy of a private fenced in home without the headache of out of pocket upkeep . Staff is incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful . I wouldn’t ever think of moving , Unless I hit the lotto !Read More

The community filled with trees, there are also walking trails and a lake nearby that make entering the community tranquil. In addition, management is amazing. Vicki and Uri are very hands on. Lastly, the maintenance men are punctual, efficient, and wonderful. If you’re looking for something pet friendly, that is another plus!!
