December 20, 2025Been here for 2 years and unless I hit the lotto and buy a mansion I’m never leaving . Yury & maintenance are rockstars . Yury takes care of all the residents and always has thoughtful events , gifts , even yearly pet calendars with your pets photos COMPLIMENTARY ! This has been the best community to be a part of . The property is always clean and up to date even with landscaping and esthetics . The units are well taken care of and the prices are fair , given rates in fort Myers . The units are ...super big and the private yards are the best part . You litterally have the joy of a private fenced in home without the headache of out of pocket upkeep . Exceptional Find
December 16, 2025Friendly community and professional management. It's also a prime location near stores, shops, and other services. The community filled with trees, there are also walking trails and a lake nearby that make entering the community tranquil. There's always something going on like fun events and food trucks, at which the staff will notify you in advance. The valet trash personnel are always polite and help keep the community clean. Management is super attentive and always hosting fun activities throughout the year including a variety of food trucks which is awesome.
