Everything Filthy or Broken
November 19, 2021Just moved to Arizona from New Jersey. If I knew I'd be moving into this much of a filthy dump I would have never of moved. The building manager told me it was a clean apartment and the rest was up to us. I personally am trying for disability because I can't even work. So its ridiculous that the apartment complex even put me in this position. Everywhere I want to put something away I have to scour first. The previous owners animal and personal body hair is everywhere on everything. I had urine ...already on the toilets move in day. I can't mop the floor enough for it to stop coming up black. They had to replace our dryer. Still not sure whether or not to trust the washer or the dishwasher. Water presser is crap. Takes 5 mins just to get the shampoo out my hair. Showers have a random sewer odor that comes out of them. The shower in the master was originally leaking like crazy and clogged like it had a drainstop in it until they fixed it. The sinks leak still and plumbing even moves touching the pipes(pretty sure they aren't supposed to be that loose).I had to scrub a dead fly out the paint that just got painted over on the window. I can't open and close one if my drawers in the kitchen. How is it ok for everything to be so dirty and broken? Only a trash panda would like my apartment. We've been reaching out to people for the apartment complex all week since we moved in on Monday but we just get ignored. We have even sent the pictures into people at the corporate level and everything.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Feel Deceived
November 20, 2017One star for the community...it is very well landscaped and it is a quiet community..We were told that this was a renovated apartment. The model was really nice, but that's not indicative of what we have received. We have submitted upwards of 20 work orders in the 6 months or so we have been here...I don't even have time to list everything but it includes air conditioner repairs (one repair tech said our unit is so old it should be replaced...it is super loud when it cycles on) and no water. ...Counting down the months to get out of here. We can be in a brand new place for $150 more. If the owners would truly put money in this place it would be great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very pleased
January 11, 2017My roommate and I moved into this complex in June and since then we've loved this complex. Very good staff, quick and easy. However, that all being said. The renovations they were making left the master bedroom mirrored closer door cracked, and the medicine cabinet mirror scratched. Along with a few other minor points. I love this complex and am very sad to be moving.Review from Apartments.com

October 1, 2015When I moved in my apartment I was amazed! I live in the Heritage District and this apartment complex fits the area. The areas are very well kept up,the pool area are amazing and eye-popping since the cabanas were put in.This appartment complex is very-well centrally located.I have never felt so comfortable and treated respectful by the management team of P.B.&Bell. They are wonderful people.Review from Apartments.com
Heritage Square at Olive East
September 24, 2015Let me just start by saying that the rent here is very affordable, but you are getting what you're paying for. It's recently under new management, so I can't speak for all units, but I will for my own. It is outdated. The cabinetry and flooring are nothing special. Square footage is decent for one or two people in the one bedroom apartments. You get a living area, kitchen, and dining area in one half of the apartment and bedroom/bathroom in the other half. The complex does allow pets at a ...monthly cost and is gated! There are a few pools as well, one of them has been recently updated. The best part of living here though is being so close to the center of Gilbert. If you haven't experienced Gilbert Rd, I highly recommend that you do. It's a beautiful area A short walk down the road and you're at some great restaurants. Every Friday too, food trucks come down to the area. Overall, the apartment is everything I need and I think many other young people would feel the same way. It's affordable, livable, and close by to some great attractions. If you're looking for a new place, definitely check this out!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
