DO NOT RENT HERE. Posting this now that I have gotten my deposit back and CRP for taxes because I wouldn't put it past management to withhold it. Lived here from mid 2021- mid 2025 and the building fell apart during that time. Our bedroom was freezing every winter because there was a crack in the concrete outside our unit that we were told would get fixed. have seen some nice residents try to clean the room and machines but they are so far gone. There was a constant smell of mold/mildew and standing water in and around machines. It is so bad that your clothes would come out smelling dirty unless you used scent beads. Dryers barely worked. They "upgraded" some washers that take your money and you would have to see Geri (honestly a saint imo) to get your money back (sometimes as a rent credit but that is not helpful when you need to do laundry same day). Carpets were installed in the 80s and you can tell by the sight and smell they need to be replaced. They have a carpet cleaner that they try to use and it's not cutting it anymore. Heat and water randomly go out and management doesn't seem to be in a rush to fix it. The last few months we were there the fire alarms went off at 3AM three nights in a row. No communication from management about what happened. We also had no working shower for two weeks and had to use neighbors showers. I put in so many work orders and they didn't try to fix it until I threatened to go to court. Was not even fixed by the time we moved out and there was standing water in our tub. Writing this now because I still keep in contact with current residents and there is major flooding happening in the building (at minimum Floor 16 to level A in the parking garage) and heat keeps going out while the windchill is -30F.
