Water is always getting shut off. Cockroaches are a constant. The management is rude when you call them and packages get stolen regularly. To talk to someone you have to go through the large office and rarely gets anything done at the local building office.

A few frustrations we have had so far is that there is no assigned parking, so we sometimes have to park on the opposite side of the building. Also, utilities are not included and we were not informed of that until as we were signing the move-in documents. However, we are very excited about their pool!
