Horrible. Misrepresenting. This is not a luxury property. They can't manage their Residents. There is a severe lack of follow through in dealing with requests and concerns. I am appalled. Grey Star Manages this Property and Ive always know them to be number 1. Things clearly have changed.

I've only just moved in to Ely at Centennial and it has exceeded my expectations. I had one issue upon moving in and maintenance responding the very next day! Management are very nice and helpful. I had a choice of 8 properties in Las Vegas to live (relocating from another state) and I am so satisfied I chose Ely!! 5 stars all around.

The apartment complex is nice and in a moderately quite neighborhood. However the monthly amenities fees and a $90 cable charge are high.

Good place to live, a little pricey, they seem to keep adding additional costs for utilities and amenities every chance they get.
