Bad management and mice
August 11, 2022There have been unresolved issues with mice and the landlord not respecting me and other tenants. They consistently miss their monthly pest control sprays and will make up for it on later days but without any written notice to tenants so i have been woken up at 8am multiple times by the landlord deciding today was the day to do pest control. They also have repeatedly refused to fix simple maintenance issues I've had claiming nothing was wrong without even having the maintenance man look at what ...I've put in tickets for. On top of that the landlord whenever a complaint is filed will interrogate people saying other people have accused them of being the source of said complaint. I have been interrogated by the land lord about "inappropriate behavior" that occurred while i was sleeping and was met with them saying they'd be looking for me on the cameras when i said i had no idea what they were talking about. Needless to say nothing came of them looking at the cameras it seems they just don't have respect for any of the people living in their building. I would strongly advise against living here or any of the other properties managed by del.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
