I love living here so close to the river and beach. Just a short 10 minute drive.

I've been here 3years now And find the grounds to be beautiful.Well maintained the apartments well maintained.And the office staff warm and friendly and willing to listen. The very few times that I've had to have maintenance done on my unit. It's been done promptly with the Friendly. Safe.maintenance staff. I have recommended Park at Countryside my friends who need a place to live and will continue to do so. Donna is a great office manager. So glad to have her.

This apartment complex is personally one of the best I have lived at, they have amazing amenities as well as the front office staff (especially Donna) is always happy and eager to help you in anyway they can. Plus the location is very convenient being right off dunlawton as well as a quick to drive to the beach, New Smyrna and Daytona.
