If you want a hot shower, don’t move here. This place runs hot water out of boiler room the whole apartments share, you don’t have individual water heaters. We have to take showers around 11pm at night to *maybe* get hot water. Other than that, the location is great and it’s quiet here. People NEVER pick up dog poop, it’s literally everywhere. But you get what you pay for.

The apartments are nice and updated, and the lawns are well maintained. Anytime I needed maintenance, they were always quick to come and fix an issue. The front desk people are very accommodating and will work with you if you need them to. The management is very nice and all of the front desk girls are always helpful.

I am a prior tenant that was living at this apartment complex. I was just waiting for my lease to end so I can move out. This is a terrible place to live at !! The management people are not professional at all. The leasing people have a terrible attitude and are very rude. The rent keeps going up and up but nothing is done to the apartment complex. This apartment complex let anyone move-in and you feel not very safe. The Addison police have been to this complex, recently. The number of vehicles ...
to each apartment are not checked because there is no where to park. People park around the dumpster and when the trash truck comes, he is not able to get to the dumpster so the complex has a foul smell.

I'm a current tenant at this apartment complex and have lived here for some time. There have been multiple managers since I've moved here. We have called in regarding issues with our a/c roughly about 6 times and they have yet to truly fix it other than adding freon and us having to call again when it runs out. Beautiful area, horrible apartments. Will be moving at the end of the lease.

Have had several problems with heating and air conditioning. Increased rent and havent been adament about ensuring that issues are taken care of. Took 4 months for me to get a working washing machine, they still have not cleaned the vents, that was written on the initial addendum.
