This place sucks don’t do it!
June 25, 2024I think they are paying people to review honestly. They like to rent blind with units that have issues, then they blame the current tenant, because they don’t do the walkthrough with you and if you don’t turn in the sheet they blame you. They have bed bugs. They stick the tenant with the bill even though, they know they were wrong.Review from Apartments.com
LOVE Parkside
March 19, 2018We have been at Parkside for three years now (with our Golden Retriever) and LOVE it. We live in an updated unit with a beautiful view of the nature and are walking distance to awesome trails and French Regional Park and Medicine Lake. We love our neighbors and have never had an issue with noise. We are tucked back in the woods a bit, so it feels very safe. Lots of green space for doggies too and a well maintained property. It's been one of my favorite places to live in the Twin Cities and a ...super good rate compared to lots of other apartments in the area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015Very safe area in Plymouth. Friendly staff. I've never had an issue with utilities. Short walk to Medicine Lake, and only 20 mins from Minneapolis. Been here for a year and never once heard my neighbors through the walls. Events monthly bring the community together.
