I have been living at Patuxent Square for almost 2 years now and I love it! Pim, the manager is excellent! Responds to all request as quickly as possible. She's very nice and understanding, as well as the maintenance man Terrance, who is always there to fix anything you need immediately. Also, you cant beat rent for under $1000 in Laurel, MD for a luxury apartment with everything you need inside. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, huge bedroom and bathroom, trash shoot on your floor for easy trash ...

disposal and the list goes on. I would definitely recommend Patuxent Square to anyone who is looking for a nice apartment with affordable rent, friendly staff in a beautiful area. And everything is so convenient, beltway and parkway just minutes away, as well as endless restaurants and shops. I love it here!

Spacious apartments

The apartments are spacious and offer washers and dryers in each unit. The bathrooms are huge and there are also walk in closets. The staff is friendly and helpful. Emergency maintenance is available whenever you need it. The building is controlled entry which is great. The location is super close to the MARC train station and near the new shopping mall.The only downside to living here is the mail room gets really messy when residents leave their unwanted mail laying around.
