Decent Complex
October 11, 2015This complex probably makes the most sense for anyone who owns a large dog and is trying to avoid student-centric housing--the prices are really reasonable in that regard. My unit is a 1BA/1BA and the size is good. The unit itself is definitely a bit beat-up in places, but new carpet and paint upon move-in helped. The kitchens probably could use a face-lift the most because of old and worn appliances, yellow laminate, etc. Not fancy, but serviceable. Nice W/D set. The office staff is good as well ...and the area is pretty quiet. Most of my frustrations have been with maintenance--they've left a mess behind when they come and are often slow to respond. Also, my neighbor smokes all the time and the smell seeps into my bathroom somehow...not their fault that he smokes, but it's frustrating that my unit isn't sealed enough to keep the smell out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 29, 2015Our apartment is upstairs,very modern and nice, it is a one bedroom with one full bathroom and a full kitchen that comes with a dish washer, refrigerator, stove, and a garbage disposal. They do allow pets and does not have a weight limit on pets. We also have a patio that has glass doors, our apt. Complex also has a pet walk, basketball court, tennis court, swimming pool, playground, and grilling area. Thank you for taking the time and reading thisReview from Apartments.com
