March 1, 2023I have been a resident at Pine Arbor Apartments for 23 years now and as with all things, changes are inevitable and unavoidable however I must say that thru the changes, Pine Arbor has and continues to be a great place to live. Management approaches issues with an open mind. I would not have their job for all the tea in China. The majority of residents are friendly and always willing to help each other out. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Our pool has been closed for several years ...now initially due to the Covid epidemic and recently due to difficulty in locating needed parts. Worst apartments ever
January 20, 2023Continuously has water problems. They think it’s okay to just cut off hot water whenever they want. Staff is horrible, these are the apartments you go to when you have no other choice. Keep looking if you respect yourself and your family. This is not a home for anyone you love. Would’ve gave it 0 stars if it was possible.Review from Apartments.com
