Bad treatment, hidden charges, deceitful photos
September 16, 2021Day of move in they demanded I pay an extra $230 and couldn’t give me a reason why. They also charge $50 a month for “common area maintenance” which was not mentioned in my lease and the common areas aren’t very maintained. They overly water the grass so there’s constant mushrooms and the ground is soggy - also, it’s been a drought! They’ve allowed children to dig holes and ride bikes in the so called dog park which has made it nasty and unsafe for dogs to run around in. They also removed the ...gate latches. So how is it a place to unleash your dogs if the gates are unable to close?Property Manager Responded
October 7, 2021Dear Resident, I am sorry to hear there was confusion associated with your move in costs and utilities. We try to be very transparent with this as we feel there is no benefit in us trying to hide anything. We provide a welcome home sheet in the beginning that details out all move in costs and deposits prior to signing a lease. Our contract also has a utility addendum that gives more information and breakdown. We would be happy to discuss with you in person any of your other concerns and welcome you to call our Manager at 801-969-2582. We try to take pride in our community appearance and curb appeal and will look specifically in to your concerns at the dog park. We appreciate your input and will make corrections actions if needed.
