The location is great There is a grocery store 5 minutes away, a gas station right across the street, plus it's right next to a great hiking spot. Neighbors are quiet everyone typically keeps to themselves. Our leasing office staff are very friendly as well , maintenance is awesome they come out right away to address any problems we've called for. It feels safe around here, you don't hear about break ins, or anything along those lines. there is also ample parking which is great as most ...

families have 2 cars! Dog parks, great gym and swimming pool! It's relaxing here!

Dog Friendly Complex!!!!

I moved into The Dakotas solely for the purpose of having the dog parks. I don't have one of the remodeled units, but love my complex. The Electricity and water bill are pretty high considering it is an apartment. I paid less for a house 3X the size and with 2 a/c units. The A/C unit is from when the building was built in the 90's. The new staff is great in the office and I am overall happy.

As close to resort living as possible (within a reasonable budget) I think. Amazing location with close access to freeways, great hiking, and lots of suburban shopping (not a dense urban area). Some great local watering holes and many good restaurants nearby!

I am in my 9th year at this apartment complex. The natural desert preserve provides a unique insight into desert life. There are bunnies hopping around and Quayle family running about. I have a gorgeous, scenic view of the McDowell Mountains. The property is so peaceful and a true retreat from big city living! The layout of my apartment is perfect for an apartment "home". The bedroom, closet, bathroom and kitchen are all spacious. I especially like having a separate pantry in the kitchen; I'm ...

able to fit a carpet cleaning machine and vacuum in the pantry! There's a wood-burning fireplace which is very romantic and cozy during our colder winter days. The majority of my neighbors are also long-time residence which provides a real sense of community. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a safe and scenic luxury apartment home!
